A good indication as to the build quality and a sign of overall thoughtful design, is how easily something can be dismantled and serviced and how easy it is to put together after. This Italian transmitter SF500 is a case in point. Well made and accessible. Now serviced, new fans and a few tweaks and replaced a few suspect components that looked tired. Having said that, they tested fine. Nice piece of equipment. The exciter used was a well made SBS. About 12 Watts for a full 500 Watts output.
